Customer Charter
Our biggest priority is to deliver great customer service. Following the launch of the new customer charter by the Peverel Group in July 2012, Kingsborough is now making the same five key promises to our customers. To show you how we will begin to deliver those promises, our charter has individual 'milestones' with details of the service improvements we're making over the coming months and when we plan to deliver them.
